Crem caramel (Flan)
Ingredients:
Milk 4.5 cups,
Sugar 10 oz. For the caramel:
Eight eggs,
Pinch of vanilla
Beat eggs adding sugar, warm milk and vanilla.
Mix to obtain spongy consistency.
Pour mix into pre prepared molds covered with caramel
sugar.
Cook in oven bain-marie for circa 60
minutes at 300 F (steam cooking 25 minutes at
185 F).
